I cannot believe I'm halfway through this pregnancy! It's flown by. The second half is always the longest though, right? ;) I'm excited to reach the halfway mark even though we're nowhere near ready for this baby to come. We can't wait to meet her, but we have a lot to do first!Pregnancy Highlights
How Far Along: 20 weeks
Size of baby: She is about 6.5 inches and 10.6 ounces -- about the size of a cantaloupe!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Well, I haven't been going to the gym as regularly as I need to, so I'm sure the weight gain isn't pretty.
Maternity Clothes: Yes. Just yes.
Movement: This movement thing is about to drive me crazy! I really worry about it way too much. I do feel her move a few times everyday now, but I still worry that it isn't enough. I know having the anterior placenta cuts down on the amount of movement I'm able to feel, but I just wish I knew how much movement I "should" be feeling at 20 weeks with my third pregnancy with an anterior placenta. I may or may not have googled that very thing a time or two ;) I think I spent half of church and Sunday School yesterday poking my belly to get her to move. Ha!
Gender: It's a GIRL!!! We're getting SO CLOSE to announcing a name. I think I'm going to just give in and let David have his name that he really likes :) I do like it, too -- I wouldn't give in to a name that I really didn't like! I'm just getting used to the name for our little girl :)
Sleep: Still no problems on the sleep front, thankfully!!
What I miss: I miss not feeling fat. But it's all for a good cause, so I try not to let it bother me too much!
Cravings: No real cravings lately.... I think I've had less cravings with this pregnancy than I did with the other two.
Symptoms: I had some awful indigestion the other night. Miserable! I was popping the Tums! I've also been pretty sleepy every afternoon lately.
Best Moment This Week: Talking more and more about the baby's name! And using her potential name to myself to "try it out." I also looked at some little bitty girl clothes on ebay the other day, and it was so fun! Ahhh, I love girl clothes!
What I Am Looking Forward To: I'm excited about telling Aubrey the baby's name. I'm sure she'll have a thing or two to say about it. Ha!

Okay, so I can't wait to hear the name! AH! And I can't believe you're at the halfway mark. I feel like you just told me you were pregnant. I'm sure you hate hearing it, but it seems like it's flown since y'all waited so long to announce it initially!
Oh, and I think your shirt is so cute. It's kind of not like what I typically see you in, and I think that's so fun!
