Oh Rats!
This morning Sarah Denley and I went on a little stroll in the park. We decided that we should take advantage if this cooler weather while it lasts, and take the babies for a little walk. We just went to a local park very close to both of our houses. While we were walking we saw not one, but two RATS!! G-R-O-S-S!! Strangely, I'm the one who noticed both of them. Sarah Denley said I was on rat patrol -- what does that say about me?? Ha! Anyway, seeing a couple of rats in the park sure can turn a lovely little stroll into a sprint! ;o) (Just kidding -- I'm happy to report that I remained calm and didn't take off running leaving Aubrey in her stroller to fend off the rat. Now if it had been a roach that we had seen instead, I can't promise that I wouldn't have! :o))

Oh, Carrie! No need to copy Mckmama's witty writing style; this post was HILARIOUS in it's on right. We had so much fun today and can't wait to hang out again!
Mom had a phobia of roaches like none other but quickly learned that a 40 oz. shop hammer worked really well on them. Not so great for the floors, but it takes care of a roach!
