Fun in the Sun!

I would say our first trip to the pool was a success! Aubrey seemed to enjoy herself. She was pretty mellow about the whole experience. At first she was just holding onto a little toy and chewing on it and didn't even seem to notice the water. After a while she started splashing around a little and kicking her legs. She lasted for close to an hour and a half before she got fussy. I thought that was pretty good :o) Amazingly, she kept her hat on the whole time! I also have to mention that I did a pretty darn good job on applying the sunscreen. I was really worried that she would burn, but she didn't get pink at all. Yay! Here are some pictures of our fun afternoon. Oh, I don't know if you can tell from these pictures, but I have the classic "mommy swimsuit." A one piece with a skirt! Oh yeah! Not the cutest bathing suit I've ever owned, but you know what?? I don't really care! I am a mom after all, so if I look like one in my swim suit, that's ok! Ok, on to the pictures. Haha.
