Pregnancy Highlights How Far Along: 24 weeks
Size of baby: She is about 11.8 inches and over a pound -- about the size of a papaya!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Well, I definitely enjoyed my Thanksgiving meal :) I don't think this whole being pregnant over the holidays thing is going to be good for my weight gain. Ha!
Maternity Clothes: Yes, and I used some of my birthday money to get a few new things. I didn't get a ton, but I feel like I at least have enough clothes to get me through a week without repeating now ;)
Movement: I'd say she is pretty active! It's really hard to remember, but I'm thinking she might be the most active out of my three babies so far. I just love feeling the baby move when I'm pregnant, so I've always hoped for a super active baby. I still don't feel her a lot throughout the day if I'm moving around, but as soon as I sit down, I can usually count on some kicks :)
Gender: It's a GIRL!!! Her name is Alaina Ruth :)
Sleep: I've been sleeping like a rock, except for getting up to go to the bathroom. Ha!
What I miss: I'm really starting to feel like my face is getting fat, so I miss not feeling that way. BUT, I know it is NOT a big deal, so I don't let it bother me too much. I have too much to be thankful for to dwell on stuff I miss. I don't always have that attitude, unfortunately, but I do right now :)
Cravings: No cravings. I wanted to eat pretty healthy after our Thanksgiving feast, but I wasn't really craving anything in particular.
Symptoms: Some heartburn. I've taken a few Tums this week! Also, I feel so broken out. Ugh. And I have felt so hormonal and emotional. Just like I could cry at the drop of a hat (I haven't actually cried that much, but I just feel like I could at any time if I let myself) and getting more stressed out over little things than usual.
Best Moment This Week: The whole week was just really good. My birthday, Thanksgiving, spending extra time with family, decorating for Christmas... I loved it all! And it's always so exciting to reach viability. I want and expect this pregnancy to go on for a LOT longer, but it's comforting to know that she would have a chance if something were to go wrong.
What I Am Looking Forward To: I totally caved and joined Pinterest, even though I said I wouldn't because I didn't want another time suck. So, I've gotten all kinds of ideas for the kids' rooms, and I can't wait to get started! I'm hoping now that Thanksgiving is over, we will be able to get a few projects done before Christmas. Who knows if that will actually happen, though, since this is such a busy time. But I can't wait to do Jude's new room and make a few minor changes to the nursery!

You look beautiful as always! Happy Birthday! Pinterest is a major timesuck but full of so many amazing ideas.
You look great! We had 3 Thanksgiving meals, and I laughed that the holidays were falling at the best (or worst) time because I was feeling great and still have plenty of room for food. I'm a little nervous about what the scale will say at my appointment tomorrow.
